En concreto, los Departamentos de Recursos Humanos est\u00e1n empezando a interesarse por el an\u00e1lisis de grandes vol\u00famenes de datos, ya que gracias a \u00e9l se podr\u00eda <strong>mejorar el reclutamiento<\/strong>, el <strong>engagement con los empleados<\/strong>, la<strong> retenci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong> i el <strong>funcionamiento de los planes de formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sabemos, los Departamentos de Recursos Humanos no encuentran siempre el talento que necesitan, sobre todo si se trata de perfiles t\u00e9cnicos y especializados que no suelen abundar en el mercado de trabajo. En estos casos, son los HeadHunters los encargados de localizar y seleccionar a los profesionales m\u00e1s adecuados para la empresa. Como veremos a continuaci\u00f3n, existen muchos beneficios en el an\u00e1lisis de datos, ya que puede llegar a suponer la implementaci\u00f3n de modelos predictivos veraces y fundamentados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 los HeadHunters deber\u00edan adoptar la anal\u00edtica Big Data para reclutar talento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poder segmentar perfiles de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y exacta.<\/strong>&nbsp;Existen herramientas, como la red profesional Linkedin, que pueden ayudar a dividir los candidatos seg\u00fan sus caracter\u00edsticas. Gracias a esta enorme cantidad de datos, los HeadHunters podr\u00edan ver de forma r\u00e1pida y precisa cu\u00e1les son los candidatos que cumplen con las especificaciones para los puestos de trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contar con una base de datos m\u00e1s extensa y optimizada.&nbsp;<\/strong>En vez de escoger a los candidatos por puro instinto, se pueden analizar las m\u00faltiples redes sociales de los candidatos, bases de datos de curr\u00edculums online y la informaci\u00f3n de una base de datos propia.&nbsp; Debemos tener en cuenta que, para poder realizar predicciones veraces, se necesita la mayor cantidad de datos posible. El Code Jam consiste en resolver puzles de algoritmos y, de esta forma, la compa\u00f1\u00eda puede ver qu\u00e9 participantes consiguen resolver m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente los problemas planteados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comprobar si el sueldo que ofrece la empresa es competitivo. <\/strong>En ocasiones,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>las empresas no encuentran al perfil ideal porque el sueldo que ofrece no se corresponde con los dictados del mercado. En este sentido, el an\u00e1lisis de datos que se desprenden&nbsp;de redes sociales profesionales como Linkedin, podr\u00eda ayudarnos a entender c\u00f3mo son los sueldos en otras compa\u00f1\u00edas. Estos \u00faltimos datos son especialmente importantes, ya que podemos comprobar si los&nbsp;trabajadores est\u00e1n cobrando lo suficiente y, por lo tanto, si la empresa es&nbsp;competitiva a nivel de mercado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Debemos recordar que, a pesar de que la tecnolog\u00eda puede ayudarnos a encontrar los mejores candidatos, somos las personas las que tomamos las decisiones finales.
