For all these reasons, nowadays it is becoming more and more common to take care of oneself. People are increasingly looking for elements to enjoy good overall health, involving the concepts of physical and mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fact of being well and feeling comfortable with oneself generates security in people, and this is extrapolated to the workplace, therefore, companies are increasingly promoting the achievement of this integral health through programs and activities encompassed under the concept of \u201chealthy company\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concept must inevitably be ingrained in our country. Moreover, according to a study carried out by a group of researchers from Imperial College London in collaboration with the WHO, Spain is on the podium of the EU countries with the highest number of obese people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The healthy company model is closely linked to the WHO definition of health. In this case, we can define a Healthy Company as an environment in which managers and workers collaborate in a healthy environment. <strong>continuous improvement process to promote and protect worker health, safety and welfare<\/strong> and sustainability of the work environment based on a series of indicators, such as the health and safety of the physical workspace, psychosocial aspects, personal health resources and the ways in which the community seeks to improve the health of workers, their families and other members of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the aspects to be combated by implementing healthy policies are the following <strong>stress reduction<\/strong> and the <strong>improvement of eating habits<\/strong>. It has also been corroborated that there is a close relationship between the two, so that we can affirm that the presence of stress \u201chelps\u201d to lead to a poorer diet, causing a faster consumption of food of poorer quality, junk food in most cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all these reasons, it is essential to establish healthy policies in organizations.
