Although I have been very well in Madrid, I have always considered it as something temporary and it was clear to me that one day I would return to my city, and finally the opportunity has come. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\">Everything has been easy from the moment I requested the transfer to the Seville delegation. <strong>I am very grateful<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Have you had\ndifficulties in making your transfer effective? How are you facing this new stage?&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not at all, <strong>everything has been easy<\/strong> from the moment I requested the transfer to the Seville office. The truth is that I am very grateful to Zemsania, especially to Carolina Sayabera, my HR director, for all the help and trust. And I face this new stage with great enthusiasm and excitement, since I will be in my hometown and I will be able to continue growing professionally in Zemsania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Would you say that it is\nimportant to change of scenery from time to time, even if it is under the umbrella of the same organization?\nWhy?&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my case, this change of scenery is very positive for me because I have always wanted to return to Seville, I am very attached to my city and being close to my people is essential.
