When we talk about transformation, we are not only referring to technology, but also to the organization. For this reason, Elena Cantero will speak in her FEED presentation about the need to evolve the<strong> corporate culture and turn it into an innovative process<\/strong>. The reason? To make the company attractive and, therefore, attract the technology talent it needs on its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can a human resources department adapt to these changes?<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>First and foremost, it is important to note that an HR department should be an extension of the company. Therefore, the recruitment department has to be part of the corporate culture of the company and assimilate the innovative character of the rest of the company. To give an example of this synergy between the human resources department and the rest of the company's teams, Elena Cantero will talk about <strong>Digital Talent Agency<\/strong>, a company specialized in recruitment oriented to digital companies that offers a comprehensive service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand by comprehensive service the possibility of finding all types of digital profiles by hiring a single company, from management positions to the most technical and difficult to find profiles in the market.
