The objective of the event is to bring technology, innovation and <strong>Digital Transformation<\/strong> and the latest developments in recruitment to all HR professionals. One of the main topics for discussion this year will be <strong>how technology will change the labor market in the coming years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, there are many opinions about the evolution of the labor market when digital maturity is reached, around 2020 according to experts. Some schools of thought advocate that industrial automation, as well as the arrival of high technology in Smart Cities, will lead to job losses that will negatively affect the economy. However, experts in the field argue that <strong>the arrival of technology in the daily lives of people - and professionals - will not mean a drastic before and after.<\/strong>. On the contrary, since these types of solutions <strong>create new jobs in which personalization, customer service and people's creativity are the priority<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal, therefore, is for robots to be able to perform heavier and more routine tasks and for people to be in charge of moving the Digital Transformation process forward by contributing knowledge and creativity. In fact, <strong>in the next 10 years the majority of company jobs will be newly created<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context of continuous change, therefore, the IV Forum of Employment in the Digital Era, which will be attended by Zemsania Group, takes on greater importance. The format of the event will take place in a <strong>multiroom environment<\/strong> The event will include different workshops, conferences, lectures and networking meetings so that the more than 2,000 attendees who are expected to attend can strengthen ties for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, one of the novelties this year is the creation of a ranking of affinity between companies and candidates, which has been designed using an artificial intelligence algorithm called Digital Match. This project aims to <strong>bringing together companies that need to fill certain job vacancies and the most suitable candidates for them<\/strong>.
