We already have the winners of the Zemsania summer raffle! As we have already announced in our networks, this year we have raffled off 3 trips valued at 2,500 euros, 1,000 euros and 500 euros among all the people who make up the Zemsania Community.
As a novelty, in this year's edition we asked all participants to explain what their dream job would be like. Why? Because at Zemsania we want all our employees to achieve their professional goals and be happy in their work. That's why this year we wanted everyone in our community to tell us what their dream job would be like.

Your dream job: what did the winners tell us?
At Zemsania we believe it is vital to understand the motivations and dreams of our employees in order to continue growing. There have been many participants who have sent us their ideas and ambitions for the future, but in this case we want to highlight what the winners of the draw have told us.
For starters, this is the dream of Manuel Besada, the winner of the first prize in the draw:
«A job that not only allows me to grow as a professional, but also to travel, learn new languages and deal with people who will teach me how to grow».

The dream of José David Rodríguez, the winner of the second prize in the draw, is even more concrete:
«My dream job is coordinating a help desk contract where emotional pay for the entire team is contemplated. I would like to be able to generate an epic service experience where everyone involved believes in an optimal service model; to make service professionals fall in love with their work. To be able to even lead the training process of the service analysts that will allow me to guarantee that at the end of their participation in the contract they will be better professionals.
