Reading is one of the best habits we can have. Reading is one of the activities that we do throughout our lives, what's more, it improves our memory, reduces stress and stimulates our neuronal activity, besides making us live unique experiences.
Although new technologies are changing our reading habits, and books have been losing prominence for years, the good news is that the number of readers continues to grow. According to the latest study by the Spanish Federation of Publishers' Guilds, the number of readers continues to grow. (FGEE), in 2018 61.8% of the population are leisure readers.
At Zemsania Global Group we believe in the value of reading as a great health benefit and we promote reading by enabling spaces in our offices.

On April 23rd, on the occasion of the celebration of Sant Jordi and the International Book Day, we organized a survey to find out the literary tastes and preferences of our entire team. Among the participants we raffled several books from the Taschen Art Collection.
Learn about reading habits and some recommendations
All Zemsania Global Group offices participated in the survey, and we share the results below.
Mystery and historical novels are the preferred genres among our employees. our employees.
A 47% of those surveyed preferred mystery novels as their literary genre. In second position and with 34% the historical novel and tied with 28% the adventure novel and the science fiction novel. In last position, 13% of our participants prefer horror novels.
Our employees read on a regular basis.
A 34% of the interviewees inform us that they usually read between once and twice a week, and 23% claim to read every day.

When asked: What is your favorite book, it is not an easy question to answer, because if you are a book lover, it is difficult to choose one without being influenced by the last one you have read, or the one that occupies an important place in your life. The answer to this question has been well thought out and as a result of the results, we have prepared a list of 10 titles that are part of the favorite books of our employees.
