Age is not measured by the years that pass, but by the experience we accumulate. Undoubtedly, the celebration of 15th Anniversary of Zemsania Global Group was a great experience that all of us who are part of the Zemsania family shared (and that we will surely never forget).
Last Thursday, September 20, the Barcelona, Madrid, Coruña, Coruña, Oviedo, Valencia, Seville and Bilbao delegations we met to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of Zemsania. It was the first time that all the delegations got together, and we took the opportunity to share experiences and anecdotes. We were finally able to get to know each other, after having exchanged emails and phone calls. Without a doubt, the best experience of the day was being able to chat with colleagues and do activities together to feel that we were really part of the same team.

Team Building Activities
The activities of Team Building are a great opportunity to communicate with our colleagues in a playful environment. In the case of Zemsania, it was especially stimulating because it gave us the opportunity to work as a team with our colleagues from other delegations.

The great race of Zemsania Global Group
Another of the Team Building activities was the CAR RACE handmade cars that we built in teams. Each team member played a specific role within the team: bodywork, bodywork, chassis... A gear that, if it worked properly, allowed the team to reach the finish line.
If you've never built a cardboard car, you don't know what you're missing! Congratulations to all the teams, because you did a phenomenal collaborative job.
