The company will use the loan to purchase companies and customer portfolios, thus implementing its inorganic growth plan. Its objective is to expand its presence in other countries where the technology market is booming and presents a long-awaited opportunity for growth.

Zemsania has offices in Europe (Spain, United Kingdom and Portugal) and America, with presence in Brazil, Colombia, United States, Mexico and Peru, from where they carry out services and solutions that go through the digital business environment, with special emphasis on People Tech Talent, Tech Managed Services, Digital Business Transformation and Automation and Control.

The Santander Advance fund is a long-term financing channel aimed at domestic and international growth plans, the development of new products and the sale and purchase of companies.
