At Zemsania Global Group we have been working since June 2018 with integrated management systems that have enabled us to obtain new certificates. Our goal is to constantly improve our work methodologies in order to add new values to our services. In addition, we feel the responsibility to adapt to current legislation and to align it with our objectives and requirements.
New Zemsania Management Systems Certificates
We have obtained two new certificates according to the new versions of the standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. This certificate demonstrates that we increase customer satisfaction through continuous improvement processes.
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems. These standards provide us with a framework for protecting the environment. It also allows us to respond and adapt to changing environmental conditions.
Certificates we are working on
At Zemsania, we work consistently and strive to remain up to date. For this reason, we have our sights set on compliance and subsequent certification to other standards:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation «GDPR»).. This regulation ensures the establishment of rules related to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. The privacy of our contacts is important to us and the data we work with is an essential tool. That is why we want to ensure flawless compliance with the new GDPR.
- ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System. ISO 27001 is responsible for ensuring the integrity of business information. It protects the confidentiality of this data and improves its availability through IT systems. The aim of this is to ensure that data is secure while, at the same time, being presented in an intelligible form.
- OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. It provides a series of unified requirements to prevent accidents, injuries and illnesses during the working day. Its primary objective is to prevent harm to workers and promote effective habits.
Although it is true that in order to achieve all these requirements it will be necessary to make changes within the company, these will be positive. We are currently focusing our efforts on ensuring compliance with these regulations in order to improve our work methodology at all times. All this allows us to continue advancing and evolving as an organization thanks to the accumulation of experience.
