Rafael Sánchez Gavira is the HR Manager of Zemsania Global Group in Madrid. She has recently decided to move to the Seville office and we would like to take advantage of this new stage to learn more about her experience in the company.
How many years have you been working for Zemsania in Madrid and how have you experienced this professional stage?
I have been with them for 4 and a half years. My time here in Madrid has been really very positive. and it has helped me to grow professionally in the HR field. In addition, I have been fortunate to meet colleagues who have helped me a lot and who today for today I consider my friends.
Why did you decide to join the Zemsania team?
For the opportunity to belong to a consolidated company in the IT sector and to be part of its HR department.
What is the reason for your your transfer to the Seville delegation?
I am from Seville and I have all my family and friends there. Although I have been very well in Madrid, I have always considered it as something temporary and it was clear to me that one day I would return to my city, and finally the opportunity has come.

Not at all, everything has been easy from the moment I requested the transfer to the Seville office. The truth is that I am very grateful to Zemsania, especially to Carolina Sayabera, my HR director, for all the help and trust. And I face this new stage with great enthusiasm and excitement, since I will be in my hometown and I will be able to continue growing professionally in Zemsania.
Would you say that it is important to change of scenery from time to time, even if it is under the umbrella of the same organization? Why?
In my case, this change of scenery is very positive for me because I have always wanted to return to Seville, I am very attached to my city and being close to my people is essential. Of course, everyone has their own preferences as to where to live, but being lucky enough to have your company facilitate the change of city to another delegation is an advantage that not everyone has.
